Buyers working with Northwest Premier Brokers for their home purchase can receive financing of the purchase through our mortgage broker partner for a flat $995 processing fee at the lowest wholesale interest rates available.
Buyers who are buying and also selling a home through Northwest Premier Brokers will receive both financing services through our mortgage broker partner for a $995 processing fee PLUS the listing commission on their home sale will be reduced to 4.5% of the sales price (a savings of 1.5% over standard fees).
Sellers working with Northwest Premier Brokers on their home listing and sale will be able to do so at 5% total commission (a savings of 1% over standard fees)
